"Blue".
The name describes both the mood and the look of this piece, of course. This is technically an illustration from "Reversed Polarity" (it shows young Nega-Megs realising that his life is going to be very lonely from now on, as he moves into the abandoned lighthouse one dark night in June) but it could _also_ be a shot of the "normal" Megs at age 17, I think. EVERYBODY gets sad and lonely sometimes, even crazed villians...
I originally did this picture in the normal colours but then, as an experiment, decided to do everything in different shades of blue--and ended up liking this version better. The blue colour not only makes it look more like night-time, but also, of course, makes the picture seem sadder.
(And incidentally, anybody who starts singing a certain Eiffel 65 song here is going to find out what happens when a supercharged superhero shakes hands with you...with his gloves OFF. (snicker))
